This daylight basement apartment, features a fun, vintage vibe along with modern amenities. Inside you will find a queen size bed along with a cozy sitting area, as well as a full kitchen and beautiful custom tiled bathroom. You will love the retro appliances and the amazing large custom tiled shower. It’s the perfect space for one or two people.
You will have your own private studio with full kitchen and gorgeous bathroom along with a shared patio space with other tenants in the building.

We are located right on the Hip Strip in downtown Missoula, Montana. Amazing location to walk to any activities, concerts, farmer’s market, Griz games, restaurants, bars, hiking, biking, floating the Clark Fork River and everything else that downtown Missoula has to offer!
We have FREE parking on site for our guests. You can park your car and get anywhere downtown on foot, bike or your own vehicle.

My boyfriend and I had a very nice stay at Laura’s! Restaurants, shops, coffee, and breweries were all very walkable which was awesome. The basement apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! There are upstairs neighbors so you will get some squeaky floor and footstep noise. Overall, we had a great stay and would return!
Cozy basement apartment that had everything you needed. It’s walkable to campus and downtown area with restaurants and shops. The host even provided a booklet with restaurant recommendations and other local attractions. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Missoula.
This place was exactly what we needed for our weekend in Missoula. It is walkable to most of downtown and featured amenities you can’t get at a hotel, like a full kitchen. We loved that there were so many options for making coffee and that Laura included complimentary snacks for the stay! Laura was also proactive about addressing any possible concerns we had and checked in promptly when we responded to any messages!
Expectations were exceeded with our stay at Awnings Vintage Suites! The cleanliness was superb along with the quality of everything our space had to offer. The AC unit made sure we enjoyed comfortable nights of sleep in hot humid temperatures. The bed was so comfy it was hard to leave each morning. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. I will be leaning on this Airbnb down the road for all my Missoula visits.
Laura was very welcoming & she thought of everything. I was in town for a wedding. The family was staying at an expensive hotel in town… When I visited they’d run out of toilet paper & good luck telling anyone, no one in the office & no internet. Meanwhile, I felt cared for & spoiled! Laura saw to it the the best, freshest Montana coffee was in in the kitchen with half & half. The bed was luxurious. I had super fast internet. At one point I wanted to find my way, reached out to Laura & she promptly replied even including a map. I can’t wait to return to Missoula, first I’m checking on the Adobe’s availability.
