As a locally owned and operated Missoula bakery, we take pride in the quality of our fresh baked goods as well as the quality of our service.  We bake all of our breads and sweets from scratch each morning using Montana grown wheat, milled fresh here in our bakery.  Our whole wheat bread consists solely of five ingredients: freshly milled wheat flour, water, honey, yeast, and salt.  If you can’t pronounce it, it’s not in our bread.
